The bonus is based on cost per appointment, and when new ISAs join and produce, the total appointments go up right alongside the total labor cost, so the ratio stays the same. The only way the bonus drops is if the team stops producing. More people producing more appointments means the same bonus for everyone — the math works at any team size.
