How it works: We add up all ISA labor costs for the month and divide by total booked appointments. The lower that number, the higher everyone's bonus. Every ISA on the team gets the same bonus — we rise together.

Does the bonus change if the team grows? No. Every ISA earns the same per-person bonus no matter how many ISAs are on the team — whether there are 5 of us or 15. The bonus is based on cost per appointment, and when new ISAs join and produce, the total appointments go up right alongside the total labor cost, so the ratio stays the same. The only way the bonus drops is if the team stops producing. More people producing more appointments means the same bonus for everyone — the math works at any team size.

When the homeowner shows up to the appointment, the partner confirms it. Tier 2 SPIF unlocks.

They Consult

If it turns into a real listing consultation, the agent confirms. Tier 3 SPIF — max payout on that appointment.
